I made a new stick figure, and he looks like this:

Rapidshare's being gay and overloaded with traffic, so I hypothesise that you have made the entire head a static segment. Instead, you needed to make a dynamic line 0 pixels thick up to the point where you want the dot on the head to be and then create the rest of the head as static segments off that one dynamic one.

i tried opening that stupid file in pivot 2.5, pivot 3 beta, and that hacked 3 one and none of them can open it, they all say error

I wouldn't be surprised if 2-D has all the main animation programmes. I do. I just tend not to use any but piv2.2.5 and CS3.

yeah but why would 2-D of all people have three versions of Pivot?

'cos he does tend to try to help people, even if it's just to get them to shut up, and that often requires all the versions for various bits of stick-opening and example-printscreening.
