The 2008 edition of the Dakar Rally was canceled. The reason for it was canceled was terrorism.
For this round I want you to make something about Dakar 2008. The animation must include at least one vehicle and doesn't have to include people, except you want to. It can be a race or it can be a story of what would have happened if Dakar 2008 had started (all the riders would have been attacked by terrorists) or anything else about THE DAKAR RALLY.

DUE DATE : 15TH OF MAY

NOTE: You have to draw the cars yourself. Drawing over an image is allowed.

You get up to 10 points for the quality.

Could I join? I remember playing Paris Dakar Rally 2005 or something when I was younger, and I'm returning from holiday today.

If you want to join all the rounds yes. But you can't be in only for a round.

No offense, but I really dislike this topic. I don't see anything to animate from this besides a race. Could you explain Dakar a bit more, please? The site doesn't help at all.

@ NegaDrain : No, draw the guns yourselves. About the car drawing part it's ok to draw over so you can draw over for the guns too if you can and if you want.

@ Devour : The event that should inspire you is how the 2008 edition of Dakar was canceled. Along the road that Dakar 2008 should have taken were terrorists. They threatened that if Dakar would start, they would shoot all the drivers until last.

@ SSJBryando : Sorry but the two rounds before were very simple. We have to spice this up a lil' bit you know ? We also have some great animators in TLTFT. And anyway, what's so bad in drawing a car ? You can draw over.

Oh, btw, I am back from the National Chemistry contest. I took the second place. They gave me 50 EURO btw. :P
