There is money to be made in "Green" energy. Global Warming is natural and will reverse to global cooling eventually its just a cycle. Its profitable to hide the truth. Cant say I wouldnt do the same.

Old news and I'm going to take the side of the global warming researchers simply because it's science and whether or not it's human-influenced, it's still valid and necessary research that must continue regardless of politics.

It's the university of East Anglia. You can hardly expect reliability. It's like asking Scarecrow to diffuse a bomb when he's been off the caffeine for 48 hours.

Despite that, I very much suspect the quotes are taken out of context and misrepresented. Things like the "trick" which hid the decline may well just refer to a clever way of doing things (like using that trick with integration to find the volume of a 3D curve rather than counting the molecules) which found that the decline was less than it first appeared. Plus, if I remember rightly, I think this was all done by the Russians, who would have just as much vested interest in discouraging the existence of global warming as anyone else would in proving it.
