I know. I was always against that rule, it's doing more harm than good.

No it's not. There's a tutorial in this section that explains how to post Flash animations directly into your post instead of just posting with a link. That method beats the 20 posts rule and lets you post your animations without trouble. It's how I have a Youtube video in my sig.
