I thought "Hey, sounded awesome so I'm gonna do it"

Damn it works. Did just what he said, ten sets, rest 60 seconds, then 9, then rest 60 seconds and so on until I finished. I mainly feel it on the legs and I'm not sure if this is the right thing I wanna do to go for what I want (Making my abs not flabby) so maybe I'll do some sit ups in a bit. But god damn I'm sweating a bit, heart is pumping and for some reason I got a headache.

yes, that is what physical activity other than jerking off tends to do to the human body

the headache usually comes from a period of physical inactivity
burpees might make you lose some pounds, but i think you should do some running and stuff too

oh, and drink water

It would make sense that you are going to feel it in the legs the most, because you are using your legs nearly twice as much as your arms and your abs. If you want to work on you're abs i suggest doing something else such as planks, or six-inches rather than doing sit-ups because they are relatively easy to do wrong and when you are doing them wrong you can do hundreds at a time without the slightest bit of difficulty.
I just did one set, pretty difficult. How often are you supposed to do these? once a day, twice a day?

Also, i am thinking about making an excersize thread where you post what workouts you did, then you can see how many you have done and how you have improved and such. I also believe that if we get multiple people to do this then there would be positive peer pressure on people to keep up with their workouts, because i know how easy it is to quit on a workout after proposing to yourself you would do them everyday.

But, before i do that i would at least need 2 other people willing to do this with me, preferably more.

That's one, i would like another just so that it is not a two man thing, but if you want to start now, then i bet we might get more just by making the thread
