Okay so for the past month or so I have been going to free running classes, honestly I always fancied myself fit, I have had a six pack since eight grade and was always pretty toned because most my life has been spent building fences or bucking hay. Needless to say I wasn't short on physical labor of any kind.
But this is really quite hard, you need to be fast strong and flexible for this and I was wondering if there is anyone I can relate to about this matter in the forum?
Just wondering if anyone else free runs.
