Hey, Alan here.
After finishing todays work (I am home educated), I decided to try my hand at fights. It erm... didn't turn out to well.
I think my walk and run animations are... ok at the very best. I will add when reach 20 post count >=(
Then there's a little ass kicking going on...not too spectacular...
[For some reason it won't upload to imageshack o.0]
But I still cant figure out how create a string of moves in one flow :S
Any tips?
Regards,
Alan

Choreograph the moves beforehand instead of animating as you go

For a moment I thought you meant fighting with chains, which is insanely hard to animate without shakiness in pivot or resizing in flash/eztoon. For combos you want to be able to do the individual moves before you start and then work out how they're going to flow together before starting. For your first ones it'd be best if you're capable of doing the movements that you want to animate because that way you can play it out yourself and see how everything needs to work and where it all needs to be.
