Wow, I like it.
But the hand looks weird. The fingers look like the hand is extended, but the pointy finger + thumb are bent way down there.
If you do the position yourself with your hands, the rest of your fingers sort of follow along with whatever finger's being moved.

Just remember that unless the hand is pointing a finger, most of the others guide with the lead finger. Which in your animation is the thumb. You need bend with your other fingers and you'll be fine.

Your pose doesn't look right with the fingers out. It would look a lot better if you bent the fingers a bit, not a lot like they're gripping something, but that could work to.

As a whole that is awesome.
The way you colored it really sets it apart in my mind, this is oddly beautiful.

Some minor complaints would be that the bone one the wrist is a bit too pronounced.
I'd also say the way you position the thumb looks misaligned as it looks like the thumb is attached to the backside of the palm.
And to help with the anatomy part of it, make the pose with your own hands in the most natural way possible and see what it looks like

Edit: Is this some perverted joke?
