Looks like a rag doll running. That isn't necessarily a positive.
You will never ever animate an entire animation at 66 fps so I think it is pretty ridiculous to do so, but you can't argue that it isn't smooth.

Dude that was awesome and brilliantly smooth. I thought I was the only one who bothered with a high fps for smooth animations though I don't use nearly close to 66, 45 is my magic number :|

I'll bet. double framing at 24 fps and single framing at fast motions is really sufficient for anything. If you're going to go ahead and draw 40 extra ****ing frames to make one second of something smoother go ahead, but there are way easier and more effective ways to do it. It doesn't even take much know-how for dick's sake.

Also if you animate straight through you'll get resizing. at least draw the first, middle, and end frames first to make sure you don't resize. After those keys are drawn out just animate it straight through.

It looks like he is a ragdoll and pulled by a string, sorry =/.
Well, I can't do something like that... I gues, But that high fps is pretty useles as mentioned before.. But I don't want to get all picky and stuff since everybody else already said it, soo...
Good job! :]
