yes but like those thermal bags that keep cold food cool and hot food hot, you cant feel anything on the outside. I'm sure they could easily heat the inside of the suit, and the outside would remain room, or in this case, planet temperature.

With technology these days, an astronaut could easily do that. But sometimes on Mars there are dust storms, or in this case at the poles blizzards, This whips up some loose ice and blows it around at about 200mph, which would be too dangerous and the outside of the spacesuit would be literlary, frozen.
But while there isn't storms, that idea would be pretty good. Though you'd need a container that is cold on the inside, like one with a air conditioner in or something. A fridge would be perfect also if it's small enough.
