How do you expect them to put it onto the internet? scanning each frame and making a gif of it, or recording the flipbook and putting it on youtube or whatever?

by flipbook, you mean pen and paper?

also i'm not clear on how we're meant to get a flipbook animation on to the internet in the quality you've posted in the example.

Actually Pencil and Paper 2010 is a better software because you can erase marks. And you scan into computer and you pet them together my friend put mine on I'll see if he can explain it later. Like 1 frame = .15 seconds or something like that.
