Well, the physics are off. when doing a backflip you don't suddenly stop in middair, then start going again. There are still some stiffness issues and it needs to flow much nicer.
Here, look at this and you know what I mean...

No I ment that he stops in midair and falls directly to the ground, when he should have actually carried on.

You were double framing wrong, silly. By doing so you haven't created the image of slo-mo, but rather a dead stop in mid-air. You're supposed to double frames leading into the main action, or something like that, and after you do the anticipated movement, you ease out from there.

View Profile It is stiff and like the other people said, the physics were way off.
Make a normal looking flip without the heavy spacing and it would be better!
