I think the older one is not compatible with the newer version of VBulletin.

I also assume the logo and the banner will be added later. Along with all the other improvements.

Jesus this new forum layout is garbage. Please tell me there's gonna be drastic changes toward appearance and functionality and this one is just a place holder, I mean just look at this thing. The Swf tags don't even work anymore. WTF is that about?
