Your basic effects are nice, and I enjoyed the figure animation you did, that's good. Your stick figures resize, and they seem to be going a bit too fast in my opinion. Maybe add more frames for movements, depending on what FPS you're using. I like your animations with the line tool, and it produces a better animation, and I feel you should stay with it. Keep trying, you're improving slowly!

That's only a temporary solution though. I suggest adding more frames in between movements, it'll look more smooth, and you'll be happy with the progress you'll make.
