That might be because the tank is seen at night.

Play L4D and when you see a tank in the light you notice how it is actually pink.

I think Tank in Left 4 dead is brown and in left 4 dead 2 is pink. It's because of different mutations of one very muscular person. =3

Nope, I spawned a tank in the first level of dead air and he was still greyish.
Anyway on topic: I'd like to edit my power slightly,
He doesn't attack directly, he usually waits until the survivers are occupied and tries to seperate them, appearing, attacking, and dissapearing again.

Just like any other special infected will do ghostly(except tank) :o

The zombies have apparent;y mutated in L4D2, they're tons harder to kill than in L4D1.
