The speed thing could be to do with your browser. I know Chrome refuses to run faster than 18fps whereas I've seen firefox do 20, so if you saved with frame delay 5 that would do it.

Med-Beginner. I think the middle animation would be good if you can see if you can re-upload to see if it uploads properly.
