Granted, marijuana CAN cause cancer, to tell the truth, HOWEVER you'd need to smoke like 15 joints a day for a weeks for the carcinogens to take affect without being killed.

The thing with weed not causing cancer is that people usually don't smoke it like the would Camel Cigarettes. People get cancer from regular smokes because it gets into their system quicker and spreads before it can be killed off. With marijuana, people don't smoke like a pack a day like heavy smokers, so the carcinogens don't stay in the system in large abundances.
