Yes, it's me. Sumfink. Look around, stay awhile. Give CC and rank.

I was here a while ago as "teh aninminator," probably the only people that remember are Zed and Poppet. Hopefully I've gotten at least slightly better.

BTW, anyone know where Abyssal went?

Image For a collab on another site. If you could just, um, ignore the part where he throws the gun away...
Image A test of Bolt's skew stick.
Image Possibly my best movements ever at the beginning.
Image Some cool effects.

There actually pretty OK. Some slight shakyness problems and a lack of flow but when they where moving it was allright.
Oh and abyssals called jutsu now-days.

Why is it that, in these animations, when one character moves, the others are all stationairy? Just asking because you might have a legitimate reason.

I liked the conceptualisation of the effects, just wasn't too fond of how it unraveled cause the other characters were just motionless.

That's what I meant by flow. It's what he lacks.
But the actual movements where ok.

The one-at-a-time thing is fine because it was an effects test rather than a complete animation.

I disagree with your analysis of the second one. I think the movements there were not as good as the lunge in the first one and both the spin and the crouch in the third. The physics in that second one were off when he was running because he hung in the air too long and didn't move forwards far enough for the speed that he took the stride at. Then it got a bit shaky at the anticipation for the kick and it was hard to see how he moved from one position to the next during it. Then on the fall he bounced at two different levels.

I preferred the top one. Especially at the start where the movements were good, if a little stiff. You should really have moved him a bit when he was doing the flying thing though. That bit looked bad.

The effects in the third one were all really nice.

I like the gunshot effect, that was quite clever. No idea what it was about mind you but it servs it's perpose as eye-candy really well.

Thanks. I'm personally proud of that too, it's amazing what you can get from a few trans balls and a darkened background.

How about movements?

They where good. Well eased, and not stiff.

You'll get better, Panda. It's really not that great.

@Ghostly: better than the others, I hope?

Well I thought the second one was the bets in terms of movements. Why don't you do an aniamtion with non-stop movement that flows all the way through with some snazy effects and have an animation that you can rightfully call better than mine.
