Personally I am way to lazy to make a preloader, I just download one from Newgrounds, maybe it is possible to edit it?

Anyhow, I don't want to know HOW to make a preloader, I was asking for a particular, simple and popular preloader that many animators use. It pops up with text in the corner.

I once had this pre-loader. Got it sent to me by SSJ, however the link that he gave it to me on has expired.
