Yes. Anyone can make a competition. Just make sure you've read the stickies first so that there's more chance of it being a success.

does it have to be origanal? 'cause i was gonna have a kamehameha wipeout about ('cause meh pc is a peice of shit) 10-20 sticks? if not then im not joining 'cause thats the only thing i can think of (probably 'cause im about to go to sleep).
