When you say any animation program, your obviously encompising easytoon. Which has no colour, so it will have to be in black and white.
Anyway on topic: I might join, it ordipends (looked up the spelling in the dictionary, couldn't find it) when my next stroke of inspiration hits.

yea for easytoon, just make a black button and it will be ok.

You could always add red after importing to flash.
