Ahem, that grass type is a mudkip... Silly mudkip, stop using grass moves, you aren't a grass type, you are a mudkip.

Also, anyone notice that mudkip, cyndaquil, and treeko are oddballs. the average type combo is fire-biped, water-biped, grass-quadriped. And yet those three break the chain.

I always over research the next game before getting it, so by the time it arrives I know exactly who my team is going to be from the new pokemon.

I want to go back to my first game where I had no clue what was coming and made it up as I went - it may not be the most powerful strategy but it makes the most rewarding experience. Perhaps the reason people love the old games is that they never went ahead and found out everything about it before they got it, so the surprises made it their most memorable. Sure we can jump at silhouettes of the new starters, but if you just ignore the tiny trickle of information then you can hopefully get it all at once and have a much better experience.

Well, now everyone is saying it's fake. People are saying that it was probably just the Zoruak silhouette pic, but Photoshopped to make new silhouettes.

And my point is, why do you even need to know the silhouettes of the starters?

They might be fan made, hopefully. And those Legendary dogs are getting their new moves in Black and White.

I want a badass Grass starter. Sceptile was alright, but comparing it to the other starters it just isn't as badass.

Also, look at how clear those sprites are compared to the rest of the picture. Forced blur.

Venasaur was pretty beastly. It was better than Blastoise, which isn't hard to be.

Speaking of Blastoise I just realized that it is also an "oddball" I mean most of the pokemon evolutions make sense. but how do you go from a turtle with wing-like things on his head to a ****ing tortoise with cannons on his back and no trace of an fluffy looking tail or ears?

The Bulbasaur family is the only sane evolution line, they simply get bigger and uglier. At what point did a little cute salamander become a huge dragon like thing with wings? And don't get me started about Empoleon, that happy feet reject.

Hahahahaha. I never thought about it that way since the only time he really uses those cannons are in the Anime. In the game all his water attacks come out of his mouth :(
