Actually really, drink some water take some headache pills and beat it. That's the best that can be done.

My teakwando teacher seems to think that if somewhere on your body hurts the way to fix it is to hurt another section of you body so you forget the pain. >.>
Anyway not really much I can say, just chill, try not to worry about anything and gag any annoying siblings or children.
