Apart from a few 'floating feet' that was very good.

You really need faster movements, and there seems to be a lack of the basics. Nail the basics, nail the basics, nail the basics, nail the basics. :/

Re-sizing is shown and the fighting stance was weird.
@bubbles:Why do you need to repeat the word "Nail the basics" 4 times? I think he can understand 1 nail the basic.
