Well, it's not bad, but every punch goes over the head before hitting, wich looks weird. The footplacement is a bit off, it seems like he slips a few times, especially at the end. The back was very stiff and that's also a reason why the kick didn't really look good. If I have to see it as a stretch it's still weird because of the balance.

Also with the punches, it goes step by step if you look at it. You should try to make it more fluid.
