He shouldn't be able to slide his foot downwards like that unless he's on ice.

Really shaky, and the 3-D didn't look that good. The head was alright, but I didn't really like how drastic the size differences between all the limbs were after he lunged forward.

The 3d, to put it bluntly, was fucking horrible.
You need to vary the size within the limbs as well, each one isn't a straight line but a triangle. Use a .stk for each body part. And the size difference shouldn't be nearly that drastic. Just change the thickness by the amount that feels right, you'll know when it loooks good. Or maybe that's just me lol.
Also, it's generally easier to do with a stick that has thicker limbs.
