We're getting 'selected' flights sent out later in the evening from Scotland and normal air traffic will resume at 7am tomorrow, unless they change their minds between now and then.

According to my Social Studies teacher there was a similar incident quite like this one a while back and it decreased the global temperature by a degree and a half.

The last two times this volcano erupted it did so steadily for over a year. Have fun being grounded till 2011 you European ****s.
