Well, some of you may have noticed my avatar. Pretty good, isn't it? It's actually just a bit of scratch spriting.

But this thread isn't about how much you like my avatar. This is about my problem with it.

You see, it's small. Too small. I want it to be at least 100x100.

But when I try and resize it with Paintshop Pro, it comes out all blurry.

And so, my question is: How can I resize my avatar without it coming out blurry?

To my knowladge you can't. You can resize your avvy but it will come out blurry.

You might be able to resize with a professional or industry labeled program such as Photoshop CS4 since it will resize the pixels and adjust it accordingly to make it as blurry as possible but since it's a sprite it will unfortunately come out blurry in the end anyway. I suggest tracing it down in a Sprite program. I don't know any so I can't help you there.

There is none, he made it himself.

Couldn't you just resize it and then touch it up in Paint or something?

open it in paint or whatever, zoom in, then redraw over it pixel by pixel, then stretch it or whatever

Ok guys, I figured out what I was doing wrong. I had to use the pixel resize tool (at least that's what I think it's called). Thanks for your help!
