View Profile Yep. Im starting a project. "Run from droids" about 26% done. Its gonna be for a collab back at another forum, called "Animatorx".

I have 3 months. And its gonna be about 1000 frames. I have got about 100 so far.

View Profile I was wondering if you were actually going to make a serious effort about this. Keep it up.

View Profile If it wasn't for that little snappy uneased movement on the first jump I'd say it was pretty much perfect.
(accept for the massive realism problems and the choppy cam)

View Profile In the four months since you joined you've made 21 pivot threads. It's not a real problem, but a lot of them could comfortably have been melded into one. You have at least four, for instance, which appear designed as threads for you to put all your animations in but which never get updated. Just try to be more careful with when a thread is necessary, and if something can go into an already existent thread, put it there ;)
The animation is fairly nice, but I think you need to extend the legs a bit more each stride.

View Profile So let me get this straight. You have 100 out of 1000 frames done, and you're 26% done?

View Profile if you have 100 frames and it's going to be about 1000, then you are about 10% done, not 26%. Just sayin'
on the animation, I think you should move his orange dot more, it doesn't look good if you just move the BG.

View Profile I think you should do some more practice with running before you try and do a long animation. Interesting concept, but you'll be much more satisfied with it later on if you improve a bit more before you use that concept
In particular, you need to move the orange dot up and down as the guy moves. People don't run like a vehicle on wheels, they bounce up and down because of the movement of the legs. Which you also have wrong.

Note the line above the heads that show the bobbing of the head.

View Profile What a strange run, It's obvious your not going for realism so I take back my original post. It's interesting and I'd like to see the next update.
