Your basic movements show a surprising amount of promise for a first timer. That run is better than many well-practised guys can do, and the walks are not bad. The main problem is stiffness. You need to try to move every joint in every frame. Bend knees more and sway the arms and stuff. I'd suggest simple things with no storyline until you get the hang of it. Walk cycles and run cycles and jumps and that sort of thing. I'm sure you won't need to do that for long.
