Simple shit, you post a song and rate the song the last person posted out of 10. For example;
User One: (posts song) 6/10
User Two: (posts song) 9/10
User Three: (posts song) 4/10
There aren't a lot of rules, but the rules are you can't post a song right after someone's rated yours. And no talking crap about how other people songs are terrible/horrible/made you deaf.

Also, you can't put crappy half-assed ratings like -9001/10 or e=mc2/10 or some shit. State your reasons and give an honest scale 1/10 and that's it.
