I honestly think pivot is good for a beginner, and it can still be good for advanced animaters. Try it out! Only problem is the limited creating tools, so be crafty!

Well i think that if someone is a more advanced animator, they should move on to better programs like Easytoon or Flash. Pivot is good for learning the basics like physics, easing, or character movement, but it doesn't really challenge an advanced animator. The only challenge in Pivot, really, is particle effects.

Here's the deal:
Flash is not a free program, you can get it free illegally, but it is not suggested by Sawc. Pivot is not an animation program, it is a toy. You can play around with it if you like, but I suggest starting out with easytoon. Pivot will always be looked at as a toy, and nothing more.

i have quite a lot of reasons why but, as Spazz said, its hard to do blood.
JUST GO ON PAINT AND MAKE SOME!
Simple as that!

I think u have to use easytoon if u have a lot of time!
I didnt like it because im very bad at drawing!

other wise, if ur a good drawer, go for EZtoon

Easytoon is better in my opinion if you have a tablet.
Pivot is better overall
