What happens when there isn't enough of a resource to go around?
If everyone is getting everything equally, don't you think that would make less people train for jobs that requires specific knowledge and skills? Why should anyone waste years learning how to do something difficult when they would get the same benefits doing a job that takes almost no effort?
What happens when the few people who can do these jobs decide they'd rather do something easier and we're left with a shortage of electricians, engineers, computer scientists, mechanics, etc (all very necessary in today's world)?

Intresting idea, but it relies heavily on the producers to be honorable and make more than what they need for the greater good. However, and i hate to say it but, most people in todays economy are definantly not like this, and would require incintives. This system seems like it just requires everyone to know what needs to be done, and do it no questions asked.
