Perhaps if we had a 100 post requirement in order to create threads.
Sure it seems unfair if someone intelligent joins and they cannot make a thread because they only have seventy four posts, but it will make new members get involved with our community and hopefully by their one hundred post mark they would have some idea about making a post that isn't completely retarded. The only drawback to this is that we do not have any moderators so people could spam all they wanted to. We need more grammar police and less trolls. When I first joined I learned quick that not putting a space after a period is a bad thing. I would have to say that most of my ability to write and punctuate comes from my activity on this forum.

I don't see how Chunky being unintelligent would discredit him from making that post. He brings up a valid point, but unfortunately we are not equipped to deal with the problem.
