Shibu is called "ghost" because he was very inactive before now, only appearing at certain times.
When he was relieved from ZB its like the ghost fully died and was sent to the afterlife (realm of reckoning) there, he fights to regain his life(Get his spot back)
after he defeated the enemy in the anim, he was granted revival (Back into ZB) now, he's (Hopefully) HERE TO STAY!
