We need better judges

if the judges were serious about it, they could have the scores done a few hours after the round ended. if not, a day or two at most. not week/s later. anyhow, I probably won't begin work on round 3 until the scores eventually come in.

hell, I'd almost consider volunteering to be a judge haha, but I don't think it's acceptable for a judge to also compete...and I want to compete lol.
