I'll try to get the results in the same day as the due date, not sure of it, but i'll try ^^
@ shadow and apex..Aww guys, well about leadership.... hmmmm.... I've been the leader of this clan for like a year and a half now, I've been through a lot, an as you can see, I've been through the phrase "I'll leave the clan" 13 times already, most of clan leaders just quit when they don't see any improvements or tryouts in a week (or maybe 2), but is in those cases when you have to show your strength and determination as a leader, if you want something to work, make it happen, don't wait to happen, there were like 3 months where I had my clan with 2 spots open, no tryouts or something for like 3 months, everyone were inactive, and I was really sad about it
In that moment is when you have to stand up strongest than ever, and make you some questions, Am I doing something wrong?, what can I do to make my members be more active?, what's happening with them?. If your problem is the inactivityness, PM your members, ask them what do they want to do, a joint? A collab?, or if they need help with something, show them your appreciation as clan members, make them feel like if they were in a family, make some changes pretty often to keep everyone intersted. And again.. MAKE things happen. And damn... Get some loyal members, not one that is a baws animating but he will leave at his/her first chance to get into a "better" clan. My co-leader here has been with me since nemesis was founded, no matter how hard has been our situation sometimes, he never left, and thanks to that, I've been able to overcome some really hard situations... Gentlemen, a co-leader isn't just a "position" he/she will be one of your pillars as a clan leader, it must be someone with who you can count on, someone that will never fail you no matter what, even though he's kinda inactive now, he'll be animating again now, and I've seen recent posts from him and everything
So yeah, I hope that helps
