When I went down to south florida for vacation, I didn't play any videogames on my laptop. So, my mother decided to complain about me ANIMATING!
So now, I'm practically being pushed away from Stickpage forever.

just tell her animating develops your creativity, tell her how creative you become since stickpage and stuff, might work. But you're not screwed for life, just 'til 18

Try to get help from your father if he is near and accessible.

Risk: If you're father is not very open-minded, he might serve to worsen your condition and side with your mom. Take the chance if you think he can be of help to you. :)

Or you can go to the way of Work with animations, like going to a Disney / Pixar animation school =P, tell to her the amount of "Money (how i hate to say this word -_-)" you can earn with this type of job.

My mom one day tried to make me stop to play piano, after a 30 minutes of conversation now she ask me why i'm not playng piano =P
