Story: When Phobia was a child his parents were taken by the Dictator of SwagVille. Without his family he began his own life out on the street.
He built his home of Cardboard boxes under a bridge, Where he found his spear. He reframed from touching it incase it belonged to someone, waiting a couple days to see if anyone returned for it. After a few weeks he decided to seize the spear for himself. The moment he touched the spear he lost consciousness. Waking a couple of days feeling wierd as if he were being electrocuted. He picked up the spear and snapped it, But it just regenerated. Curious he picked up spear and gave it a swing. Satisfied to practice with it till he master his own style. After a couple of year he found out he had the ability to control energy, and to this day he's known for causing mayhem with his spear, Pho.
