America will never fall. It'll be here until 2483, when we all upload our brains into a perfect virtual world.

Quote from QuikDo you truly think that will take America down? America on it's worst day is better than almost any other country on it's best day... we probably just won't pay those debts... though many ppl will get pissed at me for saying this America is known for the "unpaid debt"... ask the native americans or the slave who were owed reparation...
Generally America's problem is not finding a way to pay off all of her debt... it's to find a nifty way to shirk it off...
You might as well be wearing a blindfold.

Quote from dabigE13yeah and we get our money by selling those weapons to people that can destroy us with them!
This isn't fucking Iron Man, and this statement is flawed on so many levels.
Please stop making shit up.
The United States sells almost all of it's weaponry (Assault rifles, Handguns) within it's borders, since there are more guns than there are people in the USA. What's left over is actually sold to the European Union, because hey, you can never have too many guns. And it's cool.
Heckler and Kosh, a German brand, sells us awesome shit like the G36C and the M416.
So no, you are wrong. These "terrorists" receive their weapons from countries like Ukraine and Russia, where cheap and extremely reliable rifles like the AK47 and it's variants are sold incredibly cheap.
Price of civilian M16 $10,000
Price of military-caliber AK47 $40
The media is lying to you.

Dude you seriously have to do some reading. Although that statement is partially true, The USA is more divided than ever. The approval rating of congress now is less than the approval rating of King George III during the American Revolutionary war. If you don't understand the importance of that, please leave the thread.
Quote from Quikwe probably just won't pay those debts...
Because we don't want to. Republican policy actually calls for a foreign debt, because if we owe a country money, they'll be forced to trade with us in hopes that they'll make that money back.
Quote from Quikthough many ppl will get pissed at me for saying this America is known for the "unpaid debt"
Stereotype. Sure, we don't pay our debt, but we are one of the highest if not highest provider of foreign care to other nations.
Quote from Quik... ask the native americans or the slave who were owed reparation...
Fuck dude, they WERE given reparation. Sure, we wronged them a couple hundred years ago, but with all the funds and scholarships we have devoted to both of those communities, it's safe to say we made amends.[/QUOTE]

Sigh. You should stop watching TV.

That's what the Romans thought and look at them.
they were a massive "perfect" civilization. No exterior force could even hope of destroying them. However, when the Roman empire was divided under General Augustus, who fought for Monotheism against his Polytheistic counterparts, that interior struggle actually weakened the country and allowed the Visigoths, a normally weak group, to break into Rome and destroy it.
TL;DR Every huge civilization in history has either been destroyed by enemies with much greater technology of their own, or by an interior struggle that brought the nation down.

Actually you can pick up an M16 and alot of other American assault rifles for around $1000-$1500. Maybe a little more for some. Still proves your point though.

Ok in response to your comments Cook I have this:
1. The first statement I made about America was actually unbiased... I am actually very much American... but I know very well that we are, as it stands, a pretty damn good country...
2. Stereotype? It's not a stereotype if we haven't paid our debt to the countries we owe...
3. I actually came off racist with the reparations example... the point I am trying to drive through is that they didn't get payed like they were supposedly urged to...
4. I don't watch much TV... I hate watching the news... I find grim and depressing as opposed to just finding out more unbiased and more clear details on my own or through others sophisticated opinions (not just anybody...) so I won't always be fed sad news about how fat America is getting, how bad our economy is, or how many people are supposedly losing jobs due to immigration...
But as an overall opinion to the main question you ask I think America will fall... but not anytime soon... it'll take alot more then foreign debt to bring America to it's knees... there are tons of nay sayers who would disagree but the same question was asked during the Great Depression when there was a catastrophic war going on and thousands of Americans were on the street... yet we always pull through... no matter how good of a country America is we are gonna go through some tough shit no matter what... it's the natural course of every country...
I hope my unbiased opinion satisfied your answer...
Quik out...

Just wondering, by what measure is America a better country than most?
P.S. Military power isn't an answer.

the reason why the great depression never escalated is because it was an event that affected everybody, including the rich. So, everybody was suffering, so there wasn't anybody really to blame.
However, now, the rich are only getting rich while we starve.
And you have to look at the gun statisitcs. In the US, 9 out of 10 people have guns. So a revolution is certainly possible, and it'll probably happen within the next 100 years or so.

its becoming obvious youve only skimmed the surface of the government corruption! this type of information isnt just reported on fox news, who seems to be only interested in dead singers! this is the deep hidden stuff the government hates to let us know! iran has recieved weapons and more from us and theyre not exactly loyal partners! no its not iron man! in iron man people in robot suits blow crap up in new york city! back in real life... all the things we need to have imported would stop and do you actually think america is capable of producing for its self? nearly all off our resources are shipped in from anywhere but here! in 1980 the percent of farmers in america were around 80%, now were down to 3%! we are a card house, all we need is breeze.

You know it's kind of funny, because in 1980 farmers were 3% of the workforce, which leads me to believe you have accurate informants, you're just illiterate.
EDIT: In fact, farmers haven't been the majority of the workforce since 1870.
EDIT 2: The Electric Boogaloo: Even if you're talking about the amount of agricultural goods imported vs. the total amount consumed in the U.S., your numbers are still glaringly inaccurate. A quick google search will tell you this.
