There are quite a lot of issues with this animation. I'm out of practise so I may not be able to point them all out but from what I noticed there are a lot of points where you don't bother to resume FBF animation and you just tween it out using either ALPHA or tween left of tween right.
You need to focus on your movements and easing before making anything too large. Your Effects arent too bad and you can draw quite well.
Before making large animations try making a few shorts involving combos or minature fights to get into practise with finishing your moves of using Frame by Frame.
1. Do not use tweens, it looks lazy and not as good as fbf
2. Your sticks wobble and when they are standing still their feet shake
3. Your animation needs sound effects
4. Ease the V-Cam when you move it
