Wow....don't know about your works before this anims but those movements look really choppy.
Have you tried experimenting with Onion Skins? Or do you have a tablet you can use?

It looks as if you used your mouse for the whole anim. Maybe more practices from you would be ideal to improvement.

but yeah the movements were choppy, animate more frames especially for anticipation and recoil

That blood in the second animation. It should go to the same direction as the punch is going. And you need some practice with your particles
