Alright, as long as the sword is not a friction-wheel powered sword. <-<

Guesses for the sword:
the blade will act like a harpoon, it would launch from the hilt and can be retracted back.
the blade will be able to channel energy and shoot things
its just a normal powered razor-sword-thing

Guesses for the guy
she has energy powers
she is a normal human who found the sword that made her incredibly powerful
she has spirit powers

The last two guesses were because I just saw that small quote below your picture, but damn, thats pretty good.
