Yeah, I saw it on the news. It was said to be the worst typhoon ever recorded since the last couple of decades D:
Why is it always the phils that get the worst weather? Meanwhile, the UK complains that we had a storm. Yeah, like 2 trees fell down and a couple of fences were broken... so devastating.

Its the worst typhoon ever recorded to hit land, there were presumably stronger ones but remained on the sea or dissipated over time without hitting anything. I think the weather happens here because we feel the full force of the typhoon because we get hit just after it forms.
