The most logical choice that I can perceive is to ignore him, eventually, maybe, they'll get bored and not care.

OR I'll assign all the members of DR to search for a funny, clever, and ironic image to negotiate him to make that his sig instead, although I can see this making the situation a LOT worse, its worth a try though.
