I was joking, but at any rate, I never said they "randomly" decided to use it that way. Swag is actually a bastardization of swagger. Swag ACTUALLY refers to an ornamental festoon of flowers, fruit, and greenery. It has also been used to refer to loot, usually taken by a thief. They decided rather than acknowledge there is already an existing meaning to the word, to instead be dumb illiterate cocks (this is an exaggeration, I just don't like that word and am a dick, apparently). Kind of like how people started using "gay" to refer to homosexuals, which also kind of backs up my point. Originally 'gay' was used to describe something happy or carefree, but then at least one person corrupted it's "carefree" meaning to refer to a hedonistic lifestyle, which was further corrupted to refer to homosexuals who were considered willing to disregard conventional sexual morals. It didn't just "randomly happen", but it happened, and there was a reason for it.

This all relates to Arch-Angel's post because I'm sure he has a reason for thinking that way, and he's not the first I've seen use that term to refer to that kind of person. The popular TV Show the Boondocks uses it all the time with that definition:

It makes me angry when I'm trying to write a sentence in Navajo, and the tense is anything except present, because it's literally impossible to 100% accurately predict the verb root unless you already know the exact form of it. What's worse is it's so hard to find native speakers who care enough to help you, or even exist on language communities online.
