Thinking of installing the CentOS 6. It's a Unix based operating system. I heard it was really stable.

This is the primary OS we will be using for the two semesters this year at university.

I mucked around with the terminal for awhile back on campus. Looks pretty good. Anyone else used it?

Gentoo ftw! I only use it in a VM currently, but it's fun. Lol. Ubuntu is my main OS, because it just WORKS. Deal with it.

Never tried CentOS.
