who ever can make the best effects in an animation. You can do what ever you desire as long as it has all your epic effects. Ok

Flash 8 or Flash MX format only please(I only have them but if they can open other flash then you can use them too.)

@omen. It can be anything you want, as long as it has effects in it. MORE EFFECTS = better chance in winning :)

@blurre. sorry about the fps change but since this is a collab everyone has to have the same fps and 24 is alot more commonly used in animations.. I prefer 30 fps but yeah ^.
