In seriousness though, my favorite cheese would be the kind my grand-mom always ordered when I was little. I think it was called Pin ya or something. I might have to look for it.

EDIT: It's Pinza Blanc! (was way off)

i have avoided trying blue cheese just because the colour blue on any part of my food is associated with mould in my mind

the fact that the blue stuff actually is mould doesn't help my appetite either

There are some 'blue' cheeses that actually have green molds in them, e.g. Roquefort and Gorgonzola.

Almost everything that is blue is awesome. That discludes suffocating people and includes cheese.

I hope I'm one of "almost everything".
But thanks for the compliment in advance.

Cream Cheese is the best cheese by far.

You can use it as cheese. And frosting. And a flavorful side. And a nice coating. A nice filling. OH THE POSSIBILITIES!

Pillow pants join forces over embargo pylons. You
aren’t sailing past honor for the liking of a room. These questions are birthday basements. To end the
blue radish is the upside of luxury and sparking a good lizard can only make tears fall in hindsight.
Puddles do not ask for why not? It is cheese! Breath and wind. It is cheese. What?

eh. it's milk that's soured and curdled with bacteria, along with enzymes from an animal's stomach (look up how rennet is collected en masse, it's pretty gross), then once the liquid is pressed out they put it in a room for about 3 months, or up to 5 years. if you can get past that a little mold shouldn't bother you

Another Legal Fan... <3

I <3 Alan Shore...but I <3 Denny Crane more...I still fantasize that David E Kelly will bring the series back, even though its highly unlikely since he replaced it with that barely palitable "Harry's Law" :(B

Oh p.s I'll probably not be around your good people much longer as I just got a second infraction ...for my first infraction...I mean ffs it should have been part of the first...the lack of professionalism in the admin staff here is disgusting... so...if Im to go the way of the mammoth... RESSURECT ME....

Cheese toast is the best use of cheese ever.

Lightly toast some bread, put a slice of cheese on it, stick in an oven/toaster oven, let the cheese melt. By then it'll be a nice medium toast with melted cheese on top.

I fucking love the dunker cheese. You know, the dunker cheese with the breadsticks(not really made of bread, WTF!?), biscutts and jumbo sticks(fucking awful).
