Ace
Abilities:
Well he's got a pretty durable sword (it is by no means indestructible) With a magic chant to it. He can create sort of an energy slash that he can throw at stuff and cut whatever it was from a distance.This slash is green (therefore the name). This ability requires the blade to cut the air a crap-ton of times though, as such he saves it for the end of the battle or he spins his blade allot before he uses one. If he starts slashing at nothing randomly, Look out.
Weaknesses:
He is very weapon dependent and really brute. If he sees the opponent escape he does whatever he can to kill him/her/it. Sometimes (most of the time) you can easily trick him into thinking you are nearly dead then pull him into a trap. He is very straight-forward and never takes strategical approaches, his main strategy is: Cut the crap out of everything that moves. Take advantage of this.
Story:
Ace had his village attacked when he was a little kid, and without being able to defend himself he just stood in the shadows, hidden, while his fellow villagers were slain one by one. The general of the army of bandits that were attacking said village had been shot by a stray arrow from his own men. He dropped his sword and Ace took advantage of that and took it plotting his revenge. He met a monk once the attack was over, it appeared he was the only survivor along with him. This monk recognized the blade and tried to teach Ace how to control it's power (because that power is what made the other guy general). In a semi-failed attempt Ace did manage to not get possessed by the spirit of the evil general that lingered in his blade, however his rage grew too strong and partially brain-washed Ace. The once strategical and naughty boy became a brute and gained a high sense of responsibility. Years later he found out about RHG in which he thought he could improve his skills to one day be able to form an army of mercenaries to protect villages for free, so that which happened to him would not happen to anyone else.
